This Caterpillar PV Fifteen was first introduced in 1929, with 22 HP and a 4 cylinder engine. What makes the Fifteen iconic though, is that it was also produced with a second version in 1931, the CAT 7C Fifteen, a smaller tractor, which happened to be yellow, making the Fifteen the only tractor to have one version gray (PV) and another all yellow (7C)! Although similar to its brother the PV Fifteen, CAT made specific design and engine changes to set the 7C apart from the rest of Caterpillar's lineup and products in the 1930s.
